Farm to School Director

Farm to School Director Duties and Responsibilities
-Implements Farm to School deliverables for CDFA grant
-Coordinates farm to school programming with 21 schools
-Leads meetings and trainings of 22 liaisons for FTS programming
-Orders and coordinates Harvest of the Month produce acquisition and distribution
-Writes monthly column for the Union newspaper and Sierra Harvest blog
-Gathers data and metrics for program evaluation
-Coordinates and communicates with schools, farmers, parents, teachers and principals
-Prepares government grant reporting and communications
-Prepares program budget and reviews actual to budget spending quarterly

Food Love Farm Duties and Responsibilities
-Supervises Food Love Farm Director
-Offers guidance on solving farm issues and educational programming activities
-Assists with hiring of seasonal farm educators and their employee evaluations
