Anti-Inflamatory Eating with Shauna Schultz

Many dietary and environmental factors create inflammation in the body, and this lies at the root of most chronic diseases. In this class, we will explore foods that quench inflammation, and learn the basic elements of an anti-inflammatory diet. We will make Turmeric Tea, Curried Lentils with Cauliflower and Spinach, Roasted Beet and Chard Salad, and Cacao Almond Butter Energy Bites. Vegan, gluten-free.
