Feb. 8 – Vegetables Reinvented; Flavor Balancing with Sauces, Dressings, Dips, and Marinades

This class is the first in a series from Kryssi – a talented member of our BriarPatch Deli team.  If you’ve ever wondered how to make the most of the delicious bounty of seasonal, local produce that we are blessed with here in Nevada County, look no further!  In this class, Kryssi will teach flavors sure to please every palate and techniques to ease the answer of the age-old question, “What’s for dinner?” Tonight’s menu includes:  Sautéed Seasonal Vegetables with Spicy Thai Almond Sauce over Wild Aquatic Rice, Einkorn or Zucchini Pasta with Fresh Marinara and “Cheesy” Garlic Crumble, Power Greens and Romaine with Avocado Ume Plum Vinaigrette.  I am getting hungry just typing this!  **Gluten-Free, Vegan, Dairy-Free**

SEVERAL PRICE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE. We have two options for Cooking Class registration, General Admission is $35, the price is $45 for our Benefactor Level (Benefactors support our Kitchen Kindness tickets!).
