Briarpatch Co-op Cooking Classes: It’s Tempura Time!

Tempura is one of the most popular Japanese dishes, and it can be a bit of a balancing act to make it tasty and crispy.  In this class, we will learn how to cook vegetable and shrimp tempura without stress or struggles, so you can enjoy the simple, delicate, crispy deliciousness at home any time!  Add a side of freshly-made ponzu sauce and those blissfully-battered bites of vegetables, mushrooms, and shrimp will disappear faster than it takes to fry up another round.  **Vegetarian Option Available**

SEVERAL PRICE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE. We have two options for Cooking Class registration, General Admission is $35, the price is $45 for our Benefactor Level (Benefactors support our Kitchen Kindness tickets!).
