Briarpatch Co-op Cooking Classes: The Spanish Table- Tapas and Beyond

Enjoy the world of Pinchos and Tapas! Indulge in Spain’s delicious jamón bites, cured olives, patés, figs, aged cheeses and more as we dive in the classic “bites” of “the Spanish table.” Learn about Spain’s history and the difference between Tapas and Pinchos, and discover fun, new dishes for your summer gatherings and BBQ’s. Recipes will include; Almendras al Pimenton, (smoked paprika almonds), House-made Marinated Olives, Tortilla EspanolaAlcachofas al Ajillo – artichoke hearts in a special garlic sauce – and Mushroom and Prosciutto Croquettes (vegetarian available) with an herb dipping sauce, served with a Mediterranean hibiscus-infused, alcohol-free cocktail to wash everything down. Let’s feast!
