Briarpatch Co-op Cooking Classes: Meatless “Mondays”

Plant-centered diets are more than just a trend – they are a common theme in building a healthful diet. Meatless Mondays or committing to go plant-based any day of the week is an easy way to include more plant-based meals in your life. Try vegging-out at least one day a week with easy weekday meals like Curried Coconut Red Lentils, Mediterranean Spaghetti Squash with Pesto, Coconut Black Bean Tostadas with Pineapple Salsa, and Chocolate Mousse. Shauna will also share tips on creating and planning balanced plant-based meals and how to modify your favorite meals.

SEVERAL PRICE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE. We have two options for Cooking Class registration, General Admission is $35, the price is $45 for our Benefactor Level (Benefactors support our Kitchen Kindness tickets!).
