What to do with your garden’s abundance? Canning and food preservation is the answer! Come learn how to safely can high-acid fruits and low-acid vegetables using the water bath and pressure canning methods. Learn a fruit preserve process and the pickling of vegetables, and options such as canned pie fillings and homemade apple cider vinegar. Learn how to maintain a country kitchen and develop homesteading skills you can use for years to come.  **Vegan and Gluten-Free**

$30- Owner “Real Cost” Level: This level reflects our actual cost of offering cooking classes, with a discount reflecting the support of owner payments to offset the real cost.
**NEW** $20 – Kitchen Kindness Level: At this level, folks can attend classes at a rate below the Owner “Real Cost” Level; supported by generous contributions of those in our co-op community who sign up at the Benefactor Level.
