February is American Heart Month, with the spotlight on heart health. Nutrition plays an integral role in supporting heart health, as meals packed with colorful foods offer fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to quell inflammation and prevent chronic disease. Learn which foods support cardiovascular health while sampling delicious recipes like Sweet Potato and Beet Slaw, Homemade Whole Wheat Flatbread with Butternut Squash, Sage and Maple Chipotle Drizzle, and Creamy Curried Red Lentils.
