We will prepare and sample Tempeh ‘Chorizo,’ Crispy Baked Tofu with Orange Sauce, Tzatziki, and Chocolate Mousse. Join Shauna, a registered dietitian, to learn the nutritional benefits of soy protein, how to use different varieties, and realize just how versatile tofu and tempeh are! Vegetarian.
