Briarpatch Co-op Cooking Classes: Keto Cooking for Health & Fat Loss

This class will begin with a brief introduction to the Ketogenic Diet (low carb, high fat, and moderate protein), then move on to three delicious main dishes that will curb your desire for excess carbs and give you energy in the form of healthy fats. We will conclude with a question and answer discussion. Our menu will include: Zoodles (zucchini noodles) with meat sauce, Chicken Enchiladas with egg “tortillas,” Asian Chicken Wraps with spicy peanut sauce. Gluten-free.
