Briarpatch Co-op Cooking Classes: Mushroom Extravaganza!

Demystify cooking with mushrooms. We will be discussing the various health benefits to eating mushrooms as well as explore fun and easy recipes to do so. Recipes include a Creamy Cremini Mushroom Béchamel Sauce, Rosemary Portobello Mushrooms stuffed and marinated, Oyster Mushrooms with ghee, garlic, and parsley, a Sesame Shitake Vinaigrette, and Chaga Reishi Chocolate. Vegan, gluten-free.
