Come discover the flavors and aromas of Northern Indian cuisine. We will be making Paneer Vegetable Masala in a spicy tomato-based cream sauce; Mushroom Masala, another traditional treat; as well as Palak Paneer, a creamy spinach curry that’s a staple on every Indian menu. Kayla will explain the significance and values of the spice
palate she shares, and discuss the unique dishes found in the North Indian Himalayas. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.
