Briarpatch Co-op Cooking Classes: PLANT-BASED MEAL PLANNING
Learn successful plant-based meal planning by modifying your favorite meals and making substitutions for dairy or eggs. This class will focus on familiar dishes and flavors you love – all of them “veganized” with a healthy twist. Together we will prepare and sample Summer Vegetable and Black Bean Enchiladas, Cauliflower Pizza Crust with Macadamia, Ricotta and Arugula Salad, and Double Chocolate Chip Cookies (made with avocado).
with a savory Shitake Miso Ginger Vinaigrette we will make from scratch in class.
