Legumes (beans, lentils, soy, peas) are a staple in many vegetarian and vegan diets and with good reason – they are an excellent source of protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals.  If you are tired of preparing the same old lentil and bean dishes or looking for new ways to incorporate legumes into your diet then this is the class for you! We’ll prepare and sample Beet Hummus, Lentil and Quinoa Tacos, White Bean Antipasto Salad and Black Bean Raspberry Brownies.
