Have you been avoiding your desserts this holiday season? Fret no more. Come get your slice of the pie! We will be making some very delicious and nutritious Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Pies, using only the most wholesome ingredients. These pies are like a meal in themselves! Sweetened with pure maple syrup and/or coconut sugar, we can leave cane sugar on the shelf. Leaving out the wheat flour gives some more nutritious flours a chance to hold your pie filling. Spices such as cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and fresh ground nutmeg will sing together in full harmony as they blend with the gooey winter squash and sweet potato … Now what slice of pie would be complete without a tall glass of milk? Of course we will have to make up a fresh batch of hazelnut milk. Now you can have your pie and eat it too. Vegan, gluten-free and cane sugar free.
