Preserved lemon is an essential ingredient in Middle Eastern and North African cuisine. Learn how simply you can make your own preserved lemons and how it will change your flavors forever.

We will make Spicy Chickpeas w/Feta, Lemon Quinoa w/shaved Brussels Sprouts and Toasted Walnuts, Lemon/Mint Feta Dip, and taste Preserved Lemon Ice Cream (coconut milk).
