Pupusas are a Salvadoran staple: thick handmade corn tortillas stuffed with cheese, and eaten with Curtido, (cabbage salad). We will top our pupusas with spinach and mushrooms, and complete the meal with Horchata, a cinnamon rice drink. Gluten-free, vegetarian.
