Rick is back by popular demand to share his wisdom and knowledge about sourdough and bread making. Come learn how to bake wild-yeasted sourdough bread using both the knead and no-knead methods. We’ll cover all phases of the process: how to maintain your starter, measure (in grams, using a scale), blend, rest, rise, stretch and fold, tension pulling, division, and baking in a Dutch oven. To top off the day we’ll sample a warm loaf fresh from the oven. You’ll be taking home some sourdough starter so you can start making your own sourdough-based treats! Dairy-free option
