BriarPatch Cooking Class: Become a Sauce Boss: DYI Condiments from Home

It’s time to ditch your store-bought, sugar-laden condiments and learn to make delicious, high-quality, healthful sauces, salad dressings, and spreads using only whole foods. Tonight, we’ll create three sauces full of healthy ingredients that add vital nutrients, flavor, and zest to any meal. Be prepared to experience a Classic Vinaigrette with multiple variations, a Spicy Thai-Style Nut Butter Sauce, and a Sweet Miso BBQ sauce. There might even be a bonus sauce if time allows! Bring small sealed containers from home to take home a sample of a favorite sauce. Vegan
