BriarPatch Cooking Class: Good Gyoza! Japanese Dumpling

MARCH 5, 6 – 8PM

with Hiroko Greenberg

**Added due to popular demand!** Gyoza are versatile, flavorful dumplings that can be pan-fried, steamed, or added to soup. They freeze well, so you can make a big batch and enjoy a quick meal later on. Today we’ll make gluten-free dumpling dough using rice flour and potato starch, and our filling will highlight fresh seasonal vegetables, mushrooms, and tofu. And what are gyoza without dipping sauces..we’ll make a few of those too. Yum! Gluten-free, Vegetarian
