Join us tonight as we prepare a delicious and satisfying meal for the turkey-free, or for those that just want some vegetarian options at the Thanksgiving table. We’ll start with an Arugula, Fennel, and D’Anjou Pear Salad with Toasted Hazelnuts and Lemon-Parmesan Dressing. Then, in keeping with the traditional theme of the American Thanksgiving meal, we’ll prepare a make-your-own Acorn Squash Stuffed with Rice, Mushrooms, Veggie Sausage, Walnuts, and Chard.
