Cooking Class: Mexican Cooking

In this class you will learn how to make some of your favorite Mexican dishes in the authentic manner. We will stuff our own roasted poblanos for Chiles Rellenos with Fresh Mozzarella and Tomato Broth. Meatballs are also a Mexican specialty and we will make the best Albóndigas in Tomato and Chipotle Sauce. Red Mexican rice is fine, but how about delicious Green Rice with Chiles and Cilantro.
