Briarpatch: Methods

This class will focus on the fundamental methods of cooking. You will learn how to braise, sear, roast in parchment, and prepare raw ingredients in an orderly fashion. In the process of learning, we’ll be preparing some simple and beautiful foods together: chicken, lamb, fish, antipasti, and salads. Some gluten-free and dairy-free.
