Briarpatch: Nourishing Food for an Unhappy Gut

In this class we’ll be looking at both the autoimmune protocol and low FODMAP diets, which are used to address a variety of autoimmune, gastrointestinal, and other gut-related issues. You will learn recipes and ideas for dishes that can serve as a main course and as snacks alike. We’ll be making Turmeric and Ginger Coconut Chicken, Pesto (autoimmune protocol), Marinated Olives, and a quick Mineral Broth without gelatin. Gluten-free, dairy-free.
