Briarpatch: Quick and Easy Ravioli

First we’ll make fresh pasta, then learn how to fill and cut the Ravioli several different ways, in addition to the traditional method. We will make Chard-filled Ravioli with Sage Butter, Mushroom Ravioli with Fresh Herb Cream Sauce, and Mixed Vegetable Ravioli with Tomato Sauce. Vegetarian.

Co-op Cooking Classes are held in the BriarPatch Co-op Community Cooking School at 648 Zion St. in Nevada City.
