Cooking Methods

This class will focus on the fundamental methods of cooking. You will learn how to braise, sear, emulsify, and prepare raw ingredients in an orderly fashion. You’ll do this as we prepare some simple and beautiful foods together: Fish, Pork Shoulder, Steak, Antipasti, and Salads. Some gluten-free and dairy-free.

Co-op Cooking Classes are held in the BriarPatch Co-op Community Cooking School at 648 Zion St. in Nevada City.
