• Orchard Establishment
• Site Assessment
• Tree selection: Research pollination requirements, Commercial (or specialty, or value added, Homestead, Other (heirloom collection, unique climactic challenges of region, bio diversity, etc.)
• Field prep
• Planting
• Irrigation
• Orchard cover
• Fall and winter dormant sprays if necessary sulfur/copper), but should be avoided
• Spring foliar sprays at leaf break, petal fall, and up to harvest (Fish, Kelp, compost tea, horn manure, Neem oil)
• Thinning Fruit
• Pests and their treatments
• Animals- deer, birds, gophers
• Fungus- powdery mildew, mold, rust, leaf scab, peach leaf curl, leaf spot mold
