Super Tuber Farm aims to produce the tastiest, high quality Organic produce in a manner that enriches the soil in which it is grown, the hands of those who grow it, and the bellies of those who eat it. They grow Super Tubers (potatoes), killer carrots and some of the sweetest cabbage and beets you have ever tasted on 12 certified acres in beautiful Chicago Park. All of their produce will be for sale at the Pumpkin Patch Farm Stand.
Every October the Bierwagen Pumpkin Patch and Farm open the gates for our community to experience a day at the farm. Families can pick a pumpkin in the patch, see farm animals, pick apples in the orchard and enjoy fresh pressed apple cider. The farm stand is packed with fresh produce, homegrown meat and eggs, homemade jam, local honey and more. Bierwagen’s Donner Trail Fruit is a family farming tradition since 1902!
