Good Food Tour

Would you like to learn more about Sierra Harvest and the local food and farm community in Nevada County?
Join us for this Good Food Tour at Lyman Gilmore Middle School.   Meet our staff and explore the outdoor garden classroom with recently installed vertical growing beds.  Watch how Farm Bri inspires kids in the after-school program to prepare for the growing season and get excited about fresh, local food.  You will also learn about Sierra Harvest programs available for children, farmers and the community at large.

Our community health and resiliency is tied to the local food movement, we hope you will join us and to see how we can strengthen it together!

This is a free event, you will not be asked to make a donation.  After the event, we do request that guests offer their feedback to help inspire new ideas and possibilities for our programs and our community.
