Lemonbalm, mullein, plantain, wild oats, chickweed, oregano, calendula, mazanita, mugwort… these common plants can all be used for herbal medicine! Come learn how to use them for common ailments like relieving the itch of poison oak rashes, soothing an earache, calming digestion, healing cuts and scrapes, calming the nervous system and more.  This is a series of four, 2-hour classes at the HAALo Herb Shoppe and First Rain Farm, and focuses on how to safely and effectively start using herbs at home for health and wellness.
