Let’s Make Mole! with Glenjamen Wood

The class will prepare two classic Mole sauces from southern Mexico which are used in chicken or turkey dishes for both special occasions and family dinners. The unique and complex spices and fresh chiles in each of these dishes make them amazing taste expressions! Join us in preparing Chicken in Mole Verde and also the more familiar Mole Poblano… How spicy will be up to you.
