Macrobiotic Basics #3 with Migiwa Kawasaki

Learn about the health benefits of macrobiotic food, and how to make the basic macrobiotic dishes: Pureed Squash Soup, Long Cooked Sea Vegetable, and Vegetable Green Rolls, and Brown Rice Cream (a remedy).
