Tess Kitchen: Brazil
Every Latin region has its own unique culture and history. Come and discover what makes the foods of Brazil different and exciting. One of my favorite braised stews is feijoada, the Brazilian cousin to the classic cassoulet served with a side of steamy savory rice and a delicate flan for dessert. Recipes contain: gluten, dairy, and egg.
