Tess Kitchen: Cast Iron Cooking with Roberta DesBouillons

Cast Iron pots and pans have been around for centuries! With cookware that timeless, the recipes should get a fresh update now and then. We revamped some old favorites to teach you how to make three “go-to favorites” in one pan! The entree is a hearty Coffee Rubbed Rib Eye Steak- seared to perfection and finished off in the oven. The perfect side dish, California Cornbread. Lastly, a dish you can make for any meal- a Seasonal Frittata using ingredients you have on hand!

The class Cost: $55. The classes are held in Tess’ Kitchen located downstairs at the Tess’ Kitchen Store 115 Mill Street Downtown Grass Valley, CA .
