Tess Kitchen: Cast Iron Cooking

Get your Cast Iron pans ready!! We are going to make some delicious dishes!! Savory Shephard’s Pie with braised beef, is a great way to utilize left over pot roast or stew. There is nothing better than a wonderful Vegetable Hash, prepared with seasonal vegetables caramelized in a cast iron pan (serve anytime from breakfast to dinner). Of course, we can’t forget dessert, a Chocolate Chip Cookie served warm and melty from the oven in a cast iron pan!

The class Cost: $60. The classes are held in Tess’ Kitchen located downstairs at the Tess’ Kitchen Store 115 Mill Street Downtown Grass Valley, CA .
