Tess Kitchen: Chinese Cuisine with Alan Tangren

In China, recipes are treasured and enjoyed from generation to generation.  Experience the delights of these time-honored dishes and make them part of your traditions. Pearl Balls – ground pork with ginger and water chestnuts, steamed in a cloak of sweet rice. Four spice chicken with spinach – a spicy and savory stir-fry. Pot browned noodles – home–made Chinese noodles pan-fried with sesame oil.
