Tess Kitchen: Crèpes, Crèpes and More Crèpes with Alan Tangren

Whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner, a few crèpes in the freezer means you will be ready for any occasion. In this class we will be frying Breton-style buckwheat crèpes with ham and cheese, rolled lunch crèpes with chicken and mushrooms, and, of course, fabulous dessert crèpes Suzette with oranges, flamed with Grand Marrnier. No protective gear is necessary, the only prerequisite is a sense of adventure!

The class Cost: $55. The classes are held in Tess’ Kitchen located downstairs at the Tess’ Kitchen Store 115 Mill Street Downtown Grass Valley, CA .
