Early American Hors d’Oeuvres

With Thanksgiving on the calendar, the main course is fixed, but we can play around with

hors d’oeuvres and snacks. We will follow the lead of early cooks and make Log Cabin

Cheese Straws and Salmon Mousse.  Stuffed Oysters were popular, too. To sweeten things


up we will try old fashioned Cranberry Muffins.
