Tess Kitchen: Easy Tuscan with Alan Tangren

Cooking in California or Tuscany should be easy and based on locally available ingredients. This class will take the Eastern mystery out of rice, as we make Spring Vegetable Risotto, with peas and fava beans. Next we ease into Broccoli Rabe with Sausages. Finally for something sweet and unusual, Fried Ricotta, light and flavored with orange zest. Recipes may contain gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, and nightshades.

The class Cost: $60. The classes are held in Tess’ Kitchen located downstairs at the Tess’ Kitchen Store 115 Mill Street Downtown Grass Valley, CA .
