Tess Kitchen: Fruits of the Sea with Roberta DesBouillons
“Fruits de mer” translates “Fruits of the Sea” from French to English. You can bake them, barbecue them, boil them, and broil them. They’re pan fried, deep fried, and stir fried. So many ways to enjoy a fresh harvest from the sea. We will learn how to prepare Seasonal Fish Meuniere, Fish Tacos and a Scallop, Mango and Avocado Salad.
The class Cost: $65. The classes are held in Tess’ Kitchen located downstairs at the Tess’ Kitchen Store 115 Mill Street Downtown Grass Valley, CA .
