Tess Kitchen: CUPCAKE WORKSHOP

Learn a few new things about cupcakes in this fun class. We’ll start out with some basics and make Apple Cupcakes with Cinnamon-Cream Cheese Frosting. Only slightly more challenging will be Lemon Meringue Cupcakes. Lastly we will bake Chocolate Cupcakes and fill them with Chocolate Mousse. Did we forget to mention the chocolate glaze on top?
