lofty, flaky and tender pastry made at home with the best quality butter and flour.

Have some ready in your freezer to make spectacular sweet and savory dishes.

Once I learned to make Julia Child’s “Quick” Puff Pastry, I’ve never gone back.

We will make the dough in class and use it for the oh-so French Pissaladière Onion Tart.

We will also make savory Gruyère Cheese Straws and easy Feuilletés with Berries and Cream.
