Tess’s Kitchen Cooking Classes: Knife Skills Class with Chef Bernard Sat Oct 2 at 11am, 2pm, and 6 pm

We are pleased to announce the return of popular Chef Bernard Janssen, the Culinary Program Director at Zwilling J.A. Henckels, Chef Bernard will introduce us to the fundamentals of good knife skills. This includes “What makes a great knife and how do I use it?” He will also present an interactive discussion on how to choose the right knife for every task. Demos include: the circular/rocking motion, how to julienne, how to dice and cut brunoise, making citrus Supremes, mincing herbs, and filleting fish. Not to mention how to clean and maintain your knives.
