Tess’s Kitchen Cooking Classes: Cast iron Cooking

Cast iron cookware lasts a lifetime, but sometimes we forget how versatile it can be. In this class we will break out of the mold with a
Crispy Mozzarella and Tomato Pizza,
made in a cast iron skillet with a no-knead dough.
We will also make a main dish of
Chicken and Mushrooms in Cream Sauce,
all done in the skillet. Last will be
Cornbread Sticks to serve on the side.
