Tess’s Kitchen Cooking Classes: Light & Spicy Thai

Let’s make some light, spicy Thai dishes for summer time.

How about Thai Pork Lettuce Wraps flavored with chilies, mint and cilantro?

We will also create a Thai Cucumber Salad that can be made ahead and refrigerated for easy serving.

We will finish with a recipe for Pad Thai Noodles with Shrimp that will be as good as any Thai restaurant.
