Tess’s Kitchen Cooking Classes: Chinese Dim Sum


One of the joys of Dim Sum is having a meal with a variety of textures and flavors.

Here we will explore a number of classic Chinese cooking methods as well.

We start with Pork Pearl Balls, steamed in their cloak of sweet rice.

We will then move on to baked Beef Curry Crescents in an easy pastry crust.

Finally, we will deep-fry Spicy Shrimp Fritters to dip in garlic-soy sauce.
