SPRING BREAK COOKING FOR KIDS-DINNER
Bring your kids in for fun cooking classes during spring break while you enjoy an afternoon browsing the Grass Valley downtown shops. Our Culinary Assistant Pat will show them fun ways to use spring ingredients and Easter leftovers to make tasty meals any time of the day that they will be proud to serve to your family.

 

Ages 8-14, no adult accompianent neccessary, classes will be 3 hours long.

DINNER

Fancy yet easy we’ll make Chicken roulades with a filling of cream cheese and spinach and cranberries

rolled into chicken breast wrapped in proscuitto.

We will take a shortcut with fresh pasta from the dairy case to make Angel Hair Pasta with Bursted Cherry Tomatoes and Spring Asparagus.

 No one will be able to resist decadent Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes for dessert.
