Tess’s Kitchen Cooking Classes: PIZZA AND CALZONE
Warm up your spring kitchen with the irresistible aroma of fresh-baked pizza.
We will use the easy formula for Chez Panisse Pizza Dough, and roll it out to make our pies.
Fresh, young spinach leaves and hard cooked eggs will make a salad to top our Bacon and Gruyère Pizza.
We will use fresh hot chilies sautéed with onions and garlic for a Moroccan-style Pizza with Lamb Sausage and Cilantro.
Finally we will make the favorite Chez Panisse Calzone with mozzarella, goat cheese and prosciutto.
