Tess’s Kitchen Cooking Classes: CREPES FOR DESSERT

Dessert crêpes may seem fancy and complicated, but most of the work can be done ahead.
How about presenting a Crêpe Gâteau with Pecans and Chocolate Sauce?
We will also learn to make Meyer Lemon Soufflé Crêpes
and the classic Crêpes Suzette with orange sauce and flamed with brandy.
We will make the batter and fry the crêpes in class.
