Let’s make a soufflé! Once you learn the secrets, soufflés are surprisingly easy to make. Made ahead or baked to order, we will be happy to add them to your cooking repertoire. One of my favorites, learned at the elbow of Julia Child, is a Rolled Soufflé Stuffed with Spinach and Gruyère. Next, we will master individual Broccoli and Parmesan Soufflés. Finally, we will make Mushroom Soufflé Puddings, that can be made hours ahead and reheated for a few minutes begore serving
